Refund policy

Studio Femme – Returns, Store Credit & CPA Policy

This policy is aligned with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (South Africa).


1. 30-Day Returns (Change of Mind)

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for change-of-mind returns.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unworn and unused

  • Original tags must be attached

  • Item must be in original packaging

  • Item must be free from makeup, perfume, deodorant, or damage

  • Proof of purchase is required

Approved change-of-mind returns will receive store credit only.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Studio Femme reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear images of the item received

We will arrange collection and replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


3. Exchanges

We offer size exchanges only, subject to stock availability.

If your requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for change of mind:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Worn, washed, or altered garments

However, if any of these items are defective, your CPA rights still apply.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, incorrect, or subject to CPA remedies.
