Studio Femme – Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

During launches, promotions, or peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

Gauteng: 1–3 business days
Major Cities (South Africa): 2–4 business days
Regional & Outlying Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier and external factors beyond our control.


Pre-Orders

Items marked as Pre-Order will ship within the timeframe specified on the product page.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be shipped together once all items are available, unless otherwise arranged.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

If you do not receive tracking details within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact:

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Studio Femme cannot be held responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect addresses

  • Failed deliveries due to absence

  • Parcels returned due to incorrect information

If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect details, additional shipping fees may apply.


Delivery & Risk (CPA Compliance)

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, goods remain at Studio Femme’s risk until delivered to the customer.

If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date so we can investigate with the courier.


International Shipping

International shipping may be available upon request.

Please note:

  • Delivery times vary by destination

  • Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer

  • Studio Femme is not responsible for customs delays
